WHEN CHANGE/MAINTENANCE ACTIVITIES WILL BE PERFORMED:

 

Single Day Event

 

TuesdayNovember 12th, 2024 – 04:00 PM through 11:00 PM CST

 

SUMMARY OF WHAT IS CHANGING:

 

The IT Applications Team will be upgrading Cerner from 2018.13 to 2024.03.07

 

CLIENT/USER IMPACT:

  • The Cerner application will not be down.
  • Interfaceswill be down from 4:40 PM to 5:10 PM (There will be no interface traffic to downstream systems (lab, radiology, Healthquest, etc.)

REASON FOR CHANGE:

 

Multiple bug fixes, enhancements, and bringing Cerner current on the most recent code level.

Note, the interface will be down from 4:40pm-5:10pm. During this time, Sentri7 and Pharmacy Keeper will not receive info from Cerner. Once the interface is restarted, messages missed during the downtime will be resent.
