8/5/24 LORazepam 2 mg/1 mL Injection Shortage Update/Reminder

We have received an adequate supply of LORazepam 2 mg/1 mL vials for injection. 

 

Routine use of LORazepam for IVP or IM injection can resume without restrictions. 

 

LORazepam 10 mL vials remain unavailable so we need to continue to avoid IV infusions.
