Heads up!

Vital HP is on backorder until ~ November 2024.  We will run out of our current inventory today or tomorrow (we used 10 cases in the past 7 days).  The substitute will be Vital AF 1.2 (1200 kcals and 75 grams protein per Liter).  

The TF orders in CERNER and what prints on the TF labels will still say Vital HP so we will need to communicate the changes to the nurses.  You can also add a comment to say Vital AF 1.2 will be substituted for Vital HP in your order.
