Subject: Mandatory pharmacist meetings

 
Michele Durda and I will be holding several pharmacist meetings in early August. Your attendance at one of these sessions is mandatory and will count as a staff meeting for August 2017. The theme for this meeting is THE PHARMACIST'S ROLE IN PROVIDING SAFE MEDICATION THERAPY and attendance will be limited to 10 pharmacists at each session.

Each meeting will be held in the 5th floor conference room at Main, with identical sessions held at the following times:

    * Tue, August 1 @ 2:00 and 2:30 pm
    * Wed, August 9 @ 2:00 and 2:30 pm
    * Fri, August 11 @ 2:00 and 2:30 pm

Please e-mail Karen Baumann with your first and second choice of date/time and she will confirm with you. If you are not here ANY of these dates, please let her know that, too.

I will work to schedule at least one session at HHWC and Madison, but if you are at one of these facilities, please feel free to go ahead and sign up for one of the sessions at Main if it is convenient for you. We will also set up times to meet with those on the midnight shift.
