Subject: New TNF (Chemotherapy Medication) Product Available 1/2/24

 

Effective Tuesday, January 2 a new template non-formulary product to be used for Chemotherapy Medication will be available for selection when a TNF-Medication order is placed (or an Incomplete order is Resolved to TNF).

 

This new TNF (Chemotherapy medication) product will default HAZ-MED/DO NOT TUBE product notes and will require a nurse witness at administration charting (example below).  Please let us know if you have any questions prior or if there are any issues experienced after implementation.
