Subject: Unit Move 4E to 5MST: 10/10/23
 
Pharmacists,

4E, Progressive Surgical Unit 1 (PSU-1), will be moving to 5MST tomorrow10/10/23, starting around 0900. This will be another temporary move to renovate 4E. With this move, the verification, sentri7, and consult responsibilities for PSU-1 will be transferred from the UB4 to the UB8 on non-collapsed days. We will continue to evaluate workload and adjust deployment as needed. The changes to the order verification, PPMs, patient lists, etc are summarized below:
  • No changes to the standard weekday or weekend PPMs.
  • Remove 4E and Add 4N to HH Main UB2 Collapse
  • Remove 4N and Add 4E to HH Main UB8 Collapse
PharmIT will make PPM and patient list changes this evening after 1530
The main department numbers for PSU1 will be forwarded to 5MST.  The main extension will remain x56629Please let me know if you have any questions or experience any issues.
