Subject: Ketamine Backorder - RSI kits
 
All,

During this shortage, we have removed all ketamine vials from the RSI kits at HH MAIN. 

Each RSI kit now also contains one propofol 20mL vial as a replacement and 0 ketamine vials. 

The RSI charge sheets and Kitcheck application have been updated as well. Please let me know if you have any questions.
