Subject: Tube feed changes - no longer charging but adding dietitian follow up to steps

Two things:
1st -   no longer need to charge for tube feeds when you stop TF! If this changes again, you will be informed.
2nd - Dietitians have asked for us to make sure a dietitian follow-up is scheduled for the next 1-2 normal business days after the consult is discontinued.

To help with discontinuation process, a pretexted note (.nsstubefeedDC) with a checklist reminder for discontinuing all associated orders and scheduling the dietitian follow-up has been created.

When completing the progress note for discounting TF, after completing the checklist, I will be removing the checklist before signing note.  See screen shots below for review.
