Pharmacists,

Beginning September 18, 2023, Huntsville Hospital (Main/W&C/Madison) will start the In-Patient/Observation Patient Influenza Vaccine season!  Nurses will begin screening in-patients/observation patients (6 months of age and older) on this date.  They will enter the HOSP Influenza PowerPlan in Cerner for the patient to receive the vaccine during their current hospitalization, if appropriate. The patient's vaccine status can be found in Cerner under the Admission History.
