Subject: Electronic suggestion box
The electronic suggestion box is LIVE! Here are the details:
- The link is located on the upper right of the FormWeb home page
- The link will take you to a form where you will
- enter your HH email address
- enter a brief but specific suggestion (for urgent matters, please contact a member of pharmacy leadership rather than using the suggestion box)
- hit SUBMIT
- All input will initially come to Joseph and me, then one of us will route it to the appropriate supervisor/manager as needed
- We will loop back to the submitter as well as entering the resolution on the master suggestion form
Thanks to Joseph Ho for making this operational. There may be a few tweaks as we roll it out, but for now it is live. Suggestions are welcome.

P.S. - Joseph has also positioned an "Above and Beyond" link in the top middle of the Pulse page. Feel free to submit your name or others for great catches, going above and beyond usual job requirements, and otherwise helping out when needed. DC
