Subject: ED Obs Move: 2-ST to 5NW

 

Pharmacists, 

Tomorrow, 8/16, the ED Observation unit that is currently occupying 2-ST will be moving to 5NW.
  • The UB2 will remain responsible for order verification, consults/interventions, code coverage, and Sentri7 for ED Obs (5NW) Mon-Fri.
  • Central pharmacy (Central 1, Central 2, Qw, and Central 3) will continue covering ED Obs (5NW) on weekends and holidays.
All PPMs, patient lists, deployment documents, and unit designation pages have been updated accordingly.
Please let me know if you have any questions or encounter any issues regarding this move.
