Subject: QRR review
Every other week, Michele Durda leads a review of pharmacy-related medication events. The review is held via Zoom and includes members of pharmacy leadership, safety coaches, residents, and other interested pharmacists. The review is held at 10:30 am every other Wednesday.
Beginning with the call on September 6, 2023 and continuing every other Wednesday thereafter, we would like to invite ALL interested pharmacists to participate in this call. This will provide an insight into how medication events are reviewed, the efforts made to improve our system to prevent future errors, and our plan to use the "lessons learned" to prevent future events.
