Subject: New Product - Updated Peds Code Tray, Adult Code Tray, and RPH Code Tray

All,

We have a new cost-effective product you will likely start seeing. We are replacing EPINEPHrine IV/IM Multi-Dose 30mL vials with the 10mL vial size. The concentration remains the same as before, 1mg/mL.

We have made product changes to our Pediatric code trays, Adult Code Trays and RPH Code Bags. Attached are the updated diagrams for your reference. Once a tray or bag is used, it will be refilled with the new 10mL product.

At Main, we are also planning to swap the 30mL IV/IM vials out for the 10mL vials in pyxis over the coming days. To note, we still are using the 30mL vial size for the TOPICAL EPINEPHrine 1mg/mL product.

Please let me know if you have any questions.
