Hi all,

 Anna and I met with the director of Case Management at Main this afternoon regarding the pharmacy consults they have recently begun entering based on their calculated LACE score.  Since our TOC pharmacists have the ability to view these scores on our worklist (and because many of these consults have been rather ‘generic’ in nature), they have agreed to stop entering these consults and, instead, reach out to TOC pharmacists directly with any specific patient needs.

 

In the meantime, as David mentioned, there is nothing that a UB pharmacist needs to do with these consults.  You should stop seeing these consults once they get word to their staff.
