The PowerPoint has been updated and reviewed by Michele Durda, as well as by the Queen of T-subs Katie Varner!  Please review the PowerPoint to understand why verifying pharmacists must review all T-subs out of necessity due to how T-subs behave when not fully built out, or if providers choose the wrong options.

 

Also, the T-sub section of the master Cerner tip sheet on Formweb has been updated to include the recommended 3-step evaluation process.  Please let me know if you have any comments/questions, and I hope you are enjoying the start of the Women’s World Cup!
