Subject: critical shortage
 
Hydrocortisone injection is our most pressing shortage at this time. Our supply is dwindling and only those patients who absolutely require it should be on this agent.

Also, Steven and I calculated our protamine supply and we have right at 2 months; however, we only have a limited supply of the 25 mL vials and will have to begin using the 5 mL vials toward the end of June (unless the supply suddenly opens up). 

Please help conserve the drugs wherever possible.
