Subject: Pharmacist Code Bag Update - Procainamide
 
Pharmacist Code Bag Update:

Beginning today, We are switching product concentrations of procainamide in our Pharmacist Code Bags.

There will now be (2) 100mg/mL 10mL procainamide vials in each bag instead of (2) 500mg/mL 2mL procainamide vials. Please note this concentration change.

I have attached the updated code bag contents and our Kitcheck templates have been updated. Let me know if you have any questions.
