I just wanted to send out an adjustment to the Pain Center Workflow. The document sent out in December contained incorrect info regarding what to do with the original consult for the pain pumps. Rather than voiding the original consults for pain pumps, the pharmacist should verify those orders so they will be routed to the physician for signature. See the attached workflow document for details.

I will be updating the info in our binders shortly. Thanks to those that helped identify this discrepancy.
