Please see communication below from IT. We will be placing Pyxis on critical override during the interface downtime from 16:40 to 17:20.

There are a number of enhancements associated with this upgrade for Pharmacy which I will be sending as a tip sheet in a separate Email next week.  Please let me know if you have any questions in the meantime.  Thank you.

Subject: 1Chart/Cerner 2018.13 Upgrade January 23, 2023

This serves as a reminder that the Cerner 2018.13 upgrade is fast approaching. We start the cutover process on Monday night, January 23, at 1640 and plan to be entirely on the new version by approximately 2050 that evening. Therefore, all Interfaces related to 1Chart will be Down from 1640-1720. The Interface messages will queue up and be processed starting at 1720. Please look at the Downtime Policy for processes related to the Interfaces being down.

1Chart will remain active for the Users during this update process, but the Users will be prompted to log out as the update is completed.

If you experience issues with 1Chart after the overhead announcement that the update is complete, please call the Help Desk at 5-7777. Please remember that all areas are responsible for providing their first line of support following the upgrade. Please staff accordingly. Cerner’s cutover plan indicates that 1Chart should not be entirely down. But some functions will not be available during the upgrade process.
