Subject: update to nss/pks dashboard

This email is for any RPh who uses the NSS/PKS dashboard at Main:

We've had instances where the first person opening the dashboard (the version that can be edited) leaves the dashboard open.  That person goes home for the day and never closes the dashboard, meaning the dashboard cannot be archived the next day when a new dashboard is created.  This results in two versions of the dashboard listing (yesterdays and todays) and the wrong one could be selected and used as reference for todays task assignments.  A macro has been added to the dashboard, which auto-saves and closes the dashboard after 60 minutes of inactivity.  In order for the macro to work, the yellow Security Warning that displays at the top of the dashboard every time it's opened must be resolved by selecting the Enable Content button on the Security Warning.  In addition, the subsequent Trusted Document popup must be approved by selecting 'Yes'.  This Trusted Document popup has the option of 'Do not ask me again.....'.  Selecting this checkbox will prevent the popup from occurring with each instance of opening the dashboard.  Unfortunately, there is no such option for the Security Warning.  Please help keep the dashboard clean by performing these two functions.

Thanks
