HH Main Pharmacy:
7T-M is planned to open Monday, July 3rd or soon after. It is an 8 bed inpatient holding unit for patients waiting on a floor bed, and a profiled unit in iCare. UB 4/9 will be responsible for order verification as per the current order verification assignment document. Clinical Specialist coverage will be provided by the Z2 Monday-Friday.
The tube station will be at 7E (#10) and the phone #5-6622.
Initially the unit will be open Mon/Tues/Wed only, and then will progress to 24/7 hours by mid-August.
Technicians:
4/8 will be responsible for deliveries/pyxis loads to this unit. It is anticipated that patients will be in 7T-M < 24 hrs, so please do NOT load any patient-specific medications into pyxis. Treat it like CSSM.
