Subject: Rocuronium Syringe Label Update

Good afternoon all,

The rocuronium syringe labels will start to look different starting Monday, December 5. The new labels include 2-D barcodes printed on the large white flag label and a linear barcode located on the smaller red flag label (example included of what new syringe looks like). The barcodes located on the large white flag label are not for general pharmacy use and should not be used for scanning. Please scan the barcode that is located on the smaller red flag label.

If you have any questions or concerns, please let me know.

Thank you,
