Subject: Pediatric Code Tray Update - 11/1/22

Good Morning,


Due to backorders, we will now be replacing the 2 sodium bicarb 4.2% 10mL syringes with 4 sodium bicarb 4.2% 2.5mEq/5mL vials when replenishing PEDIATRIC CODE TRAYS at HH Main. This is a temporary change until the backorder resolves. The necessary Kitcheck settings have been applied. 

No changes to Adult Code Trays at this time.
