Folks, Please make sure when verifying and dispensing Invega Sustenna, that one of our staff psychiatrists have written the order, or if another physician, the psychiatrist has been consulted on the case and recommended or approved the Invega Sustenna.   The first dose program requires that the MD prescribing it be a psychiatrist and be registered in the Janssen program for Huntsville Hospital.   Otherwise, we cannot get a free dose replacement.  The main psychiatry staff MDs are Tarak Vasavada, Praveen Jetty, Scariya Kumar, Senthil Rajaram Manoharan, and Trevor Lindsay.  Unusual orders may be received from 4 other HH staff  psychiatrists who are also registered/approved for HH with the Janssen program - Donna Scott, Patrick Tapia, Quratulan Agha, and Venkata Devabhaktuni.  If another MD has written the order (i.e. ER physician) please log in the physician name as ER physician name/psychiatrist consulting.   Please let me know if you have any questions about this program.  Thanks for your cooperation.   Richard
