Good afternoon,

Jill and I have recently updated the High Risk - High Alert (HR/HA) Action Grid for 2022. This document lists many of the interventions that we have implemented to prevent errors with HR/HA Drugs. Please take a minute to review all of the important activities that pharmacy performs to protect our patients from harm.

Don't forget, that Joint Commission may ask about what we do to safeguard HR/HA drugs. This could be a good resource for the TJC Survey.
