An issue has arisen regarding the dummy drug associated with a consult for TPN.

For an unknown reason, the rule creating the dummy order is not firing if the patient is in an obs status when the TPN consult is signed.  It's happened twice in the last couple weeks.  IT is working on the issue, but it is very strange behavior that the patients status is playing any role in the firing of this rule.   Be diligent about checking your tasks and looking for TPN consults that did not generate a dummy drug.
