Subject: NSS - Enteral note updates

A few edits were made to the diet notes for enteral nutrition that are now implemented.

1. Residual column was removed and replaced with 'Medications.'  Please list any medications that you add for the patient in this column on the day you add.
When discontinuing TF, make sure to reconcile the active medication orders that were entered by NSS with the prescriber or discontinue if no longer appropriate.

2.  Added more rows for both tables.

3. Updated wording at bottom of note to reflect changes to medication table.
