Subject: KCENTRA update

PSP is now dispensing all KCENTRA doses due to the volume required for dilution and duration of administration. If the patient is in ED, the ED/Q/central pharmacist will work up the dose and verify/send the order to PSP. PSP will prepare and arrange for delivery with the ED pharmacist or nurse covering the patient. If verified in iCare, the iCare label will print in PSP. Each dose will be logged in the blood factor database in PSP. Let me know of any questions, thanks
