Subject: RE: 1Chart Downtime on 5/11/2022 starting at 10:45pm for approximately 4 hours and 15 minutes

Reminder of the 1Chart Extended downtime planned for Wednesday, May 11 at 10:45PM through Thursday, May 12 at 03:00AM.

During this time:

-PyxisES Devices will be placed on Override.

-Pharmacy Order Image (POI) will be placed on override to print to Central Pharmacy locations (RightFax Application will be functional). Madison will override their orders to print to Main when they leave for the evening on 5/11/22 and restore to POI the following morning.  Madison OB/Infant/ED orders during this time should be forwarded to HWC.

-Pharmacy Keeper will not receive orders.

-Batches will not run at HH Main PSP.  No HH Main Central, HHWC, or Madison batches are impacted by this downtime.  The impacted batches will be scheduled to run early on 5/11/22 at 10:00PM and will resume on schedule the following day at 0400.

Downtime reference documents/forms are available in the following shared drive folder: S:\PHARMACY-SHARED\Downtime\ReferencesForDownload.  These documents are also present on several designated desktops in Central Pharmacy locations.  724 Devices/Application may be used for medication/profile review when medication requests are received.  This will contain any profile information for patients as present in the system prior to the downtime. Information specific to 724 navigation can be found in the reference folder as well.
