Subject: ADULT Antibiotic Pearls for Pharmacists Document

Good morning Pharmacists,

AMT has created the "Huntsville Hospital ADULT Antibiotic Pearls for Pharmacists" document (attached) to discuss the coverage and clinical pearls of different antibiotics. The document is not all encompassing, but highlights some of the main points of each antibiotic that we thought would be beneficial for the pharmacists to know (Note: This document is not to replace clinical judgment). The document is also saved in the Antimicrobial Stewardship folder on the Shared Drive (S:\PHARMACY-SHARED\Antimicrobial Stewardship\Antimicrobial Stewardship Documents\Guidelines) and will be uploaded to FormWeb in the near future. Please let us know if you have any questions!
