Please note: This is the last day of our temporary UB Pilots. 
 
Next Week:
  • 2E/2W responsibilities will return to the UB 1.
  • 3NE will be taken over by the ED pharmacist.
  • The UB 5 will take over normal verification with CCUs.
 
Please refer to Formweb for full assignments and contact info. 
 
Thanks to everyone that participated directly and indirectly with these pilots. 
 
We will utilize the information and feedback learned over the last two weeks to help in our development of our practice model.
