Pharmacists,
 
As mentioned in Gregg's e-mail below, the concentrated Sodium Chloride 23.4% vials are becoming more scarce.
 
If you receive ANY orders for 1/4 NS, please contact the prescriber to get orders for an alternate fluid. 
 
Some recommendations include D5W, 1/2 NS, or premade D5W (1/2 or 1/4) NS.
