Subject: Resolved Backorder: Vancomycin 1 g IVPB Switch Back to Add-Vantage Vial IV Set 2/11/22

Due to a resolving backorder on Vancomycin 1 g add-vantage vials/fluid, we will be transitioning back to the use of the Add-Vantage IV Set at Main/OPM/Madison effective tomorrow 2/11/22.

The use of the IV Set of Add-vantage Vial + Add-Vantage NS diluent will replace the ‘single’ line item currently being used today.  PharmIT will update current scheduled orders after the Cerner updates are completed.  We will not be updating any ONCE or ON CALL orders.

Please let us know if you encounter any issues with this transition. Thank you.
