Good Evening,

I just want to send the following clarification regarding the ‘Consult to Pharmacy’ tasks for medication histories by TOC:

These consults will be monitored at Huntsville Hospital Main and W&C from 7a-8p as stated in the original e-mail.  However, these consults will be monitored Monday – Friday from 7a-3:30p at Madison to align with our TOC pharmacist staffing at that location.  Any consults received outside of these days/hours will be reviewed and addressed at the next scheduled pharmacist shift.

Again, I apologize for any confusion this may have caused.  Please don’t hesitate to reach out if you have any additional questions or concerns.
