Subject: Fwd: Ceftolozane-tazobactam Backorder Update
Pharmacists,

Ceftolozane-tazobactam (ZERBAXA) is no longer on backorder. We have a total of 20 vials in stock. I will be notifying the ID physicians later today that they can begin ordering this medication again. 
Just as a reminder, this antibiotic is classified as formulary restricted to ID for documented MDR Pseudomonas when other options are not appropriate.
