Pharmacists,

FormWeb is now updated with our deployment/unit assignments for Mon-Thurs, Friday, and weekends. This will be a more accessible way to view our assignments and units covered. With frequent unit changes/openings, this also gives us the ability to update this document in real time. Note that this document does contain Ascom numbers for everyone! Other changes:

1. OPM will now be verifying orders for the Pain Center starting Mon, December 6th

   -"OPM" PPM will be renamed to "HH Main OPM Pain Center"

   -Pain Center orders will be taken out of the Main Q PPM   

   -The TtQ PPM will continue to have Pain Center orders

   -Q3 will need to switch to TtQ at 1500 in order to cover Pain Center orders after OPM leaves for the day

   -Q4 will continue to work out of TtQ at 1530

2. Other HH Main PPMs

   -"UB12 Central" which contain the UB12 orders as well as TtQ

   -"UB10 Central" which contain the UB 10 orders as well as TtQ

   -"Friday Te" which will contain UB 11 orders, UB 5 orders and TtTe orders

   -These PPMs are now live and you may need to log out and log back in to view them

3. UB 11 Notifications

   -The Ascom for the UB 11 has been updated to receive trauma alerts in order to better support the ED2
