The new clozapine REMS program went live Monday and we have had our first patient on Clozapine since then which has given us an idea how the program works.  The new instructions on how to verify enrollment have been updated in Formweb and are attached to this email.  Be aware that since this is a new REMS program there is a good chance that you will find patients that are not enrolled properly and the physician will need to be contacted for enrollment.
