Reviewing Dialysis in Powerchart

Hey all,

Attached is the tip sheet Gregg mentioned on viewing Dialysis information in PowerChart.  You will find that to paint the full picture requires looking in a few different places.  We’ve done our best to list all the important places to look with examples, and hope you find it useful.

This Dialysis tip sheet will eventually be incorporated into the Cerner tip sheet and reference guide found on Formweb.

Please reach out to Gregg or me if you have any feedback or questions, or if you would like this uploaded somewhere else on Formweb.

Thank you to the many pharmacists that gave input into this document, and for all you do taking care of these unique situations!
