Subject: Important Note: Patch Frequency Verification [Review]

When verifying/entering orders for patches, please avoid the use of day-of-the-week frequencies (Monday, Thursday, Mon/Wed/Fri, etc).  When a day of the week frequency is used, the Removal Patch reminder task is not created for the Nurse.

 

Instead, please ensure an appropriate interval/scheduled frequency is selected (ex. q 72 hr, q week, q 7 days, Daily, BID, etc).
