Subject: ADULT Infectious Diseases Graded Challenge PowerPlan

Good morning, Pharmacists -

The Antimicrobial Management Team and PharmIT have worked together to develop an Infectious Diseases Graded Challenge PowerPlan. This PowerPlan is for infectious diseases providers who would like to use beta-lactam antibiotics in patients with documented mild allergies to such therapies. We do not anticipate frequent use of the ADULT ID Graded Challenge PowerPlan but wanted to provide education to the department (attached) prior to the go-live date of Tuesday, October 26th
