Hey everyone,

Starting tomorrow (10/6) at 8 am, Sivley Tower will begin opening 4-ST patient rooms and will be open 7 days a week. There will be around 6-10 non-COVID patients that will be moved to 4-ST from 5MST. They will be medical patients initially, and then transitioned into surgery patients as those earlier cases are discharged . For those pharmacists working the UB 2 or UB 7, you will most likely start receiving orders and phone calls from 4-ST as early as 8 am. Please be mindful that you may see a larger volume of fluids to check (i.e. batches, refills, stock outs, etc) with this move. There are no changes to the current deployment or pharmacist responsibilities at this time. See Hannah's communication below to central techs/pharmacists. Let me know if you have any questions or issues.

Thanks,
Chris

Hi all,

5MST has plans to move to 4-ST at Sivley Tower starting tomorrow around 8:00am. You may begin seeing medication requests or OMNL bulletins for this location. Please handle these like any other inpatient general med/surgical unit here. Also, The UB 2/7 pharmacist will cover orders for 4-ST in case you need to transfer any calls or need further assistance with specific patients on that unit.

Let a supervisor know if you have any questions.
