Subject: Consults and Interventions (MPTL) Update: DOB Display

Several months ago there was a report of a patient displaying an incorrect DOB on the Consults and Interventions (MPTL) list.  The date of birth was off by one day (displaying 1/31 instead of 2/1).  Though we have not received any additional reports of impacted patients since this instance, there was a package installed at the end of last week to correct this MPTL display and prevent it from recurring.

 

Please let us know if you notice any examples of an incorrect DOB displayed in the system going forward.  Thank you.
