Drug reps: They will be required to enter their proof of vaccination into Simplr, and all drug reps are required to go through Simplr.They are currently not allowed in the hospital, but if you are meeting with one in another HH facility, you must ensure they have signed in using Simplr. 

 

Technical vendors: This includes any vendor/technician/engineer/analyst/repair person that we NEED to enter the hospital to fix, adjust, install, or service equipment. These people do not traditionally use Simplr, so they must show proof upon entry. Several regular vendors have already submitted documentation. You may view this in FormWeb/COVID-19 Info for Pharmacy/Vendor Vaccinations Records (link on bottom right of list). Do not allow any vendor into the hospital/pharmacy area without proof. If you encounter an issue, contact your manager immediately.

 

Delivery and other quick-stop vendors: At this point, we will NOT be requiring proof. This includes McKesson driver, FedEx driver, Office Depot, Crystal Water, and others who may come and go quickly. It's possible security may make a request upon entry, but the department is not required to check. They are required to wear masks just as you are, and you may require this of them if they are not in compliance.
