Hey everyone,

Due to the increased volume of Fentanyl 2500 mcg/250 mL infusions in our MICUs, a PREMIX product has now been loaded into the new refrigerator attached to the MICU (4MST-2Pyxis. 4NEM will also be able to utilize the 4MST-2 Pyxis to remove these fentanyl bags for their unit. Current patients have already been converted over to this product. All future fentanyl infusion orders will default to the premixed bags (see below). Any orders outside of the MICUs will still route a label to print in PSP. This premixed fentanyl is only loaded in the 4MST-2 Pyxis at this time. Let me know if you have any questions.
