Time and Attendance-Pharmacy Dept.—05/2017

The Pharmacy Department Time and Attendance has recently been updated. The new policy goes into effect on Monday, May 1, 2017. Here are the changes/updates:

Holiday Pay & Holiday Points for Absences

  • Page 3 describes, in detail, how holiday pay is assigned for worked hours/minutes.
  • Page 1 (2nd bullet point) - We've included the Huntsville Hospital Time and Attendance Policy's description of how points are assigned for absences before, during, and after major holidays. This is NOT a new policy, but we wanted to include it in our Department policy so that it is clear.

Assigned Badge Readers

  • Depending on which area you are staffing, you have an assigned badge reader in which you should use to badge-in and badge-out. The use of an unassigned badge reader may lead to disciplinary action.
  • If you have questions about your assigned badge reader, please direct them to your supervisor/manager.
