Hey everyone,

See Erik's communication below. For those of you utilizing the External RX History when verifying home meds, it remains unavailable for use at this time. Continue using your HRO skills and have questioning attitudes when you get home meds throughout the day, especially when TOC has not reviewed the medication history. If you have any issues or concerns please work with nursing or TOC to ensure the most accurate med histories are captured for our patients.

Hey Chris,

I was going to mention it at the 5^th floor huddle today but got pulled into something else and didn’t get a chance to call in. External RX History (med query) remains unavailable with no fix determined yet, so you may want to pass that along to any UBs that utilize it when verifying orders (especially on med histories TOC hasn’t reviewed).
