Subject: Cyanokit

Cyanokits are currently on back-order and unavailable for purchase. 
 
A total of 7 kits remain in stock between HHM and HHWC. Per P&T, Cyanokit use for indications other than suspected cyanide toxicity (e.g. vasoplegic syndrome) should be avoided at this time in order to reserve our existing stock for emergency use. 
 
The manufacturer expects to have limited product available sometime in August with full shortage resolution by October 2021. I will let you know when routine verification can resume.
