Subject: Fwd: FYI: Buprenorphine from Clinic

Good morning,

The HH Main UBs are aware of this topic, but I wanted to include Clin Specs and those from WC and Madison in case this comes up with your areas/locations. Please communicate this with your pharmacists accordingly.

See the below communication from TOC in regards to New Seasons and buprenorphine. Since buprenorphine was dispensed in the clinic, it would not appear in the External RX History. Please refer to TOC documentation to help during your verification process if this scenario were to arise

Thanks,
Chris
