Pharmacist Deployment exel 7T update 6/2021

Hey everyone,

I wanted you all to be aware of the most recent unit change with 7T. It will no longer be considered a (COVID) dialysis unit. Instead, 7T will make its triumphant return as an ED overflow unit starting Monday, June 14th. Attached you will find the updated Pharmacist Deployment document reflecting this change. The ED/UB 6 pharmacists will resume order verification/consult/Sentri 7 responsibilities for 7T. For the PPMs, 7T  will be removed from the "HH Main T t Q" and "HH MainT t Te" and will be included in the following: HH Main ED UB6 EDw, wkHH Main T t Qw, wkHH Main T t Qw Madison. Let me know if there are any issues.

Effective 6/14:
ED/UB 6 - 7T order verification
ED to complete 7T consults
UB 6 to complete 7T Sentri 7s
7T to be included in PPMs - "HH Main ED UB6 EDw", "wkHH Main T t Qw", "wkHH Main T t Qw Madison"

Respectfully,
Chris
