As a follow up to below, the CBL for the 2021 Pharmacy Competency has been completed and is available in NetLearning.
After attending/viewing the Cerner Inservice on PKS Vancomycin QRRs, and taking part in a small group meeting, go to NetLearning and complete the following CBL:

If by the end of May, you have not been scheduled for a small group session, notify your supervisor or myself.
Thank You,

Subject: 2021 Competency
To All,
Time for the annual Pharmacist Competency. For 2021, the recently presented Cerner Inservice on PKS Vancomycin QRRs, followup small group meetings, and a CBL following the meetings will comprise the Competency experience. If you did not have a chance to see the live presentation by Joseph Ho and myself, a video recording can be found at:

Small group meetings are being organized by various managers/supervisors/leads, and are to be completed by June 20. If by the end of May you have not been contacted to be a part of a small group meeting, notify your supervisor or myself. The small group meetings will be an opportunity to reinforce what was covered in the presentation, and your voice to be heard.
A 2021 Pharmacist Competency CBL is currently being developed and should be completed by each RPh after the presentation has been viewed and a small group meeting attended. Once the CBL is developed and posted, I will send out information regarding enrollment in NetLearning.
If you feel your area does not ever deal with vancomycin in any way, notify your supervisor and they can determine whether or not to contact me to seek an exemption for the area in question. There will be a very high bar to meet to get an exemption. If you haven't guessed already, vancomycin QRRs are being taken very seriously not just by pharmacy administration, but hospital administration as well.
